Rooms
The convenient central location in the busy town of St Austell does result in a level of background noise in some of our bedrooms. This can be at a higher level on Friday and Saturday evenings when the pubs are closing. Although we do our utmost to minimise noise it can sometimes cause some inconvenience; the competitive hotel tariff has been adjusted to reflect this and no further reductions will be made. If you have any concerns or queries, please do not hesitate to contact our management team to discuss this further.

The White Hart Hotel is a great place to hold a business meeting or conference. Centrally located in the business hub of the town, the elegant and spacious Barnes Room is ideal for conferences, meetings and private functions.

The White Hart Hotel provides excellent, locally sourced and freshly prepared food to suit all occasions.
The White Hart Hotel and Walter Hicks restaurant serves stylish pub food, washed down with award winning St Austell Brewery Ales and a wide selection of wines from the Walter Hicks wine list.
We are proud to use locally caught fish, meat reared in Cornwall and all Cornish vegetables and dairy produce.
Children are welcome in our restaurant and high chairs are available upon request.
If you have any special requests or dietary requirements please let us know and the chef and the catering team will do all they can to accommodate them.
